IT Intern
I had a very positive initial experience. HR contacted me in less than a week for a 100% remote internship. Even before the interview, they provided me with job details, including the salary, which I thought was great. The HR interview was relaxed, standard for getting to know my profile, and lasted about 30 minutes. The problem started at the end of the conversation. The recruiter spontaneously told me I would have feedback by the end of that week (the interview was on Wednesday, the deadline was Friday). This deadline made me excited and gave me a great impression that the process was humanized. This feedback never came. On the following Tuesday, I sent a WhatsApp message to the recruiter (the same channel she used to contact me) and was completely ignored. About 1 month later, I received the automatic standard email from Gupy saying the position was frozen. It was a very negative experience. The issue wasn't not advancing or the position being frozen, but the broken expectation created by the recruiter herself and the ghosting on WhatsApp. This destroys the image of a 'humanized' selection process.

Jovem Aprendiz
The interview process was an online group dynamic. During this dynamic, each candidate had to answer questions about themselves, their hobbies, and why they wanted the job they applied for.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What are your interests and hobbies?
- What motivates you to apply for this position?
Intern
The experience started positively, especially the group dynamic where all participants were women, which felt welcoming and comfortable. However, in the next stage, the team interview, I didn't get to talk about my skills and knowledge, which was a bit frustrating. They promised to provide feedback, both positive and negative, but didn't follow through.
