Business Analyst
My interview process with Entrevista was great and super clear. I think they could have more interactions in the initial stages and notifications from the tool used about process updates. But after the first interview, the process went super well with an open channel for updates.
- What are the main characteristics for someone in this role?
- What frustrates you and how do you react to it?
Analista Júnior
The interview was quick, agile, and to the point. The process was made easier and communication with the interviewers was easy to understand. Not too many evaluations and diverse interviews, which facilitates the flow and is consistent with the possibility and ease of moving forward with the application.
- What is your current salary in your last role?
Analista
The process is fast but lacks information about daily activities. The job description doesn't match the actual proposal. Throughout the stages, this disconnect and lack of internal alignment within the company becomes very clear.
- Tell me about yourself as a person and professional.
- What is your technical understanding?
- What is your main accomplishment?
