First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Softline.
Sales Director
First a recruiter reached out and shared some basic info about the role. To move forward, I had to send my resume. If they liked it, I had a longer video call with the recruiter. After that, I had to submit my plan for the first 90 days. If that went well, the last interview was with the hiring manager and some C-level people. They wanted to see how I handle pressure and what I'd do in new situations.

IT Recruiter
The recruiter from the company found me herself for the IT Recruiter position. It was a phone call where she asked about my interest in the role. I wanted to know more about the company and the vacancy, but she rudely interrupted me and told me to Google it, then proceeded to ask me questions. She only asked about my salary expectations, and I told her my previous rate and that I'm looking for offers starting from there. She then ended the conversation abruptly, saying she could tell we wouldn't match each other. It was the shortest and most toxic interview I've ever experienced.

Support Engineer
The HR team was incredibly responsive and direct, and the people who interviewed me created a very harmonious atmosphere. The recruiter gave me all the possible guidance. In the end, because everything requested for the job was transparent, I realized I need a bit more experience. Even though I received an offer, I decided to gain more experience and try again in the future.

i first had a chat with HR, it was nice and professional, and we found a good time for both of us. then the HR manager stepped out for about 5 minutes, and when they came back they asked if i could interview with the IT manager right away in another building. i went over to the IT manager's office and after a 30-minute conversation, they offered me the job.
