So, there were three rounds in total. First up was a coding test to see how I solve problems and code. Then, a technical interview to check my actual knowledge and skills in the area. Lastly, I met with the Delivery Manager, who wanted to chat about how I understand the project, my communication style, and if I'd be a good fit.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

So at SoftClouds LLC, the whole interview thing for Product Marketing Manager was pretty thorough and interesting. First, I put in my application online, and then HR called me up pretty quick for a chat about my background, what I'm aiming for career-wise, and why I wanna work there. They were really nice and gave me a good rundown of the company and the job. After that, I had my first interview over video with the hiring manager. We talked a lot about my experience, my marketing skills, and what I know about the industry and their products. They asked some good questions that let me show what I know. Then, it was time for a case study, which was cool for showing my strategy and analysis skills, plus a behavioral interview with someone from the Product team about past experiences and how I deal with stuff. The last interview was with Ashok, the Executive Chairman. That was awesome and super insightful; we talked about my ideas for the role, fitting in with the company's goals, and my future plans there. His take on the company's direction was really inspiring. After that, I got the offer with all the details. HR was great through the whole thing, making it easy to get started. All in all, it was a solid process, I got a clear picture of the company, and they were open and clear with feedback. Excited to join!
