It was long, I didn't like the team interviews, found them a waste of time and a show off between contestants about who's got the loudest voice and who can make the other look bad. Other than that the 1 on 1s are a great way to showcase my abilities and skills, preferred them than the group activities. It can get very backstabby.

You'll start with a self-recorded video interview. Then, there's an online assessment centre which includes a group task and then an individual interview. After that, you'll have a one-on-one chat with one of the sales team managers from the office you're applying to. The final step is a one-on-one interview with the sales development program manager.

I went through 3 stages of interviews. I actually made it through all 3 and the interviewer told me I was moving on to the next stage. But then, I just never heard back. I interviewed in February and I've been trying to call and email them since but still no update on whether I got the job. It's weird because the contact person just disappeared after I was told I was doing well.
