Applied through their site, submitted a video. Had a quick Zoom chat. Then an online interview with a group task. Best to research the company and be a confident communicator.

The interview started with a phone interview and then a group interview, which were pretty standard. After that, I had an in-person interview that was honestly not a good experience at all. There were three guys on the panel and they just kept taking turns talking about how difficult and unpleasant the job actually is. I got the sense they were trying to 'toughen me up' for the role, but honestly, I didn't really need the job, so they should have been trying to convince me to take it. The main reason I decided against it was that it felt like a fraternity - they even mentioned that new hires have to dress in business attire until they hit a certain sales target. To me, that sounds like hazing. You'd think they'd want to show off a positive work environment, but they were terrible at it. I came away with the impression that it's an awful place to work.

It was an easy and relaxed interview process, the staff were lovely and overall it was a great experience. I am hoping for another opportunity to interview with them. I am currently seeking a job and am now based in London.
