I had a call interview first, where they asked some basic questions like why you want to work in Japan. Then, I did a Skype interview, and they asked similar questions. Lastly, I had the face-to-face interview, which was a classic type. They asked many questions, like why you want to join this company and why you want to work in Japan. Just to mention, the job offer was for 2018.
