I had a really nice time interviewing. Even though there were three interviews, all the interviewers were super friendly and told me a lot about the job and what they were looking for. I even got to see the production area and how my role would help the company.

I applied directly and also through Green Country Staffing Agency. GCS got me an interview with them pretty fast, within a week. It was a panel interview with a supervisor, a manager, and an HR person. They didn't give me much feedback, so I wasn't sure if I'd get an offer. Near the end, they asked if I had any questions. They also asked if I knew what they did and if I was aware of their work schedule, which they explained as 2 on, 2 off, 2 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off. They asked if I'd be okay with 12-hour shifts that involved rotating day and night shifts every two weeks. The HR rep asked who my recruiter was and mentioned they'd contact me through GCS if they were interested. My recruiter called me later that same day and said they wanted me to start the following Monday, pending a drug screen.

The interview process started with an HR screening, followed by an interview with the VP, and concluded with a group interview held at the office. I found it odd to have a VP interview for an entry-level role, but I went ahead with it. However, it turned out to be the most unprofessional and worst interview experience I've had. The VP was very arrogant and asked irrelevant questions, almost as if questioning my value to the company. They didn't seem interested in getting to know me or even appeared to want to be there. This unprofessionalism seemed to be company culture, as HR was present and didn't intervene. Despite this, I surprisingly reached the final round but decided to withdraw my candidacy. I suggest taking note of negative reviews.

I had an interview in early July. The first interview was a phone call with HR the first week. The following week, I had an in-person interview with both the HR rep and the Director. The HR rep was nice, but the Director was a bit intense. The company sells low-quality toilet paper and paper towels, mainly in Europe with no US presence. I thought the Director was too stressed considering the company's market position. After the interview, I was told I'd hear back, but it's been 3 weeks with no communication, which I found unprofessional.
