It was a mix of tech and behavioral rounds, and there was also a sourcing exercise. It happened over three rounds, and the team was very accommodating. It was good to learn about the company and products and the impact to be made.

The interview process spanned two days and included roughly four interviews. It was efficient and quite informative. By the end, I felt a connection with everyone I met, as if we had already worked together, and I could easily see myself fitting in and feeling at home if I joined the company.

Behavioral Presentation

So I got approached about this job and was curious. My first recruiter told me the process was Recruiter Screen -> Hiring Manager Interview -> Virtual Onsite. But then they changed the order without telling me, which was weird. The first screen was near the holidays, so I waited, but then had to follow up twice to hear back. After that, I had to fill out an application and give my availability to meet more people, and a different recruiter said we'd chat about next steps. I sent my availability and then got scheduled for a virtual onsite the next week. I asked the recruiter for info on what to expect, but got no reply. Then, the morning of the interview, I got an email saying there were four rounds and I needed to do a presentation, which was a shock since I'd asked before and was told no prep was needed. So I had to rush a presentation together in a few hours. One of the interviewers seemed totally unprepared and frazzled when I asked about the team, which made me wonder about how things work internally. The other interviews were pretty normal. After, I sent a thank-you note and was told the recruiter would reach out. Again, radio silence. I had to follow up again to find out they weren't moving forward. Some people did say they were trying to improve the candidate experience, but honestly, mine was bad. The lack of communication, surprise presentation, and general disorganization made it super frustrating. I wouldn't work with them again and hope they actually fix things.
