Lead
The process didn't have clear steps. I had several conversations with people from different departments, both in-person and via video. There were about 10 rounds in total. In the end, I received a rejection without any explanation.
- Could you elaborate on your experience?
Marketing Analyst
It was an individual and calm process. The entire process was in-person from the start, but before that, there were skill tests to assess our technical and psychological profile. First, we spoke with the HR team, focusing more on personal aspects than professional ones. Later, on a different date, we met with the area manager for a totally technical discussion. Overall, it didn't feel like an interview with all the fear and pressure, but more like a very light conversation where they listened more than they spoke.
- Could you tell us a bit about yourself, what you enjoy, and your hobbies?
- What activities do you pursue in your spare time?
- Can you elaborate on your previous work experiences and the duties involved?
Cashier
The interviews were generally quite long, I had to go several times. First, there was a group interview, then an individual one, and after that, one on the computer. The interviewers were really nice overall, and the organization was good. Unfortunately, in the end, I only got a part-time job because the full-time positions were already filled. The work experience itself was good, the colleagues were excellent, and the work environment was great.
- What would be your reaction if you saw a robbery?
- Do you have any prior experience?
