The process was done by phone call where the interviewer asked me some yes or no questions and other questions with longer answers. Nothing different from other admission processes (which I believe is a positive point).

I had a remote interview. The interviewer was very polite and transparent. They sent me a practical test via email that covered general knowledge for the role. The test was well-designed.

Behavioral Other

The hiring process started off pretty well with good communication. I did all the assessments and got a job offer, which was great. I tried to negotiate the salary because it was lower than my last job and the benefits were less. I told them I was flexible and still really wanted the job. Then, out of the blue, they said they couldn't hire me because of budget issues. I immediately replied saying I'd take the original offer. After that, nothing. I sent follow-ups by email, messaging, and even called, but got no response at all. It was super disappointing and unprofessional to not even get basic courtesy for closure after they gave me an offer and I accepted it.
