Started with a technical chat with the Global Marketing Lead, where we went over my experience and skills in detail. Then, there were 3 more interviews with different senior leaders focused on cultural fit. Two of these were in person and two were virtual.

Other

The recruitment process was terrible. I didn't get a person's name in any of the emails, just 'from the recruitment team'. They expected me to do a 1500-word task with references and an Excel file with data and graphs before I even talked to anyone, not even a quick call with a recruiter to see if I was a good fit. It felt like they were using candidates to do their work for them for free.

The first interview is with HR, followed by 3-4 rounds with team members. The final stage is a take-home case study, which you'll present to the team. During the presentation, you'll explain your thought process and research methods. The director typically participates in most interviews.

Behavioral Technical

It took about 1-2 months from applying to getting an offer. They really took the time to get to know candidates, and the recruiting process was pretty efficient overall. There were about 3-4 interviews, and I had to submit a writing sample with my application.
