So, there were 6 people I met with, and each of them asked me a question. I had a paper with the questions in front of me and it was timed, they let me know how much time I had. After that, I was provided with information regarding the next steps.

I put in my application online and then got a call about a week later to set up an interview. They told me when to come in and to make sure I brought my resume, references, and certifications. When I got to the school, I saw a sign-in sheet for interviews and there were about 10 other people there. The interview itself was timed, I had 10 minutes to answer 5 questions. The principal said if I had time left, I could ask my own questions or tell them more about myself. There were four women at a table who took turns asking the questions. I felt rushed, and all the questions were situational, not about personality.

I only had 10 minutes to answer 10 questions. You could only ask questions if you had time left over. After your time was up you could not respond. I felt very rushed, & like they didn't care of my responses as nobody even made eye contact. When i signed in for the interview there must have been 10 other people who signed in for an interview and people cobtinued to show up after me. The next week the position was opened again. An employee made a comment on how the person they were going to Hire didn't apply before the listing was closed. Hire process is corrupt, I always hear stories from volunteers and teachers on how someone is already chosen for a job even though interviews haven't taken place.

You'll apply online first. If they like your application, you'll be called to come pick up a packet. It's got really detailed questions about you and your history, and you'll have to fill it out. After you turn that in, they'll call you in for a 30-minute interview.
