The process began with a warm introduction by the team, followed by a meeting with the CEO/owner. While the initial interactions were professional and pleasant, the CEO's demeanor was abrasive and made me feel uncomfortable, which was a significant detractor and made me question the job offer. The positive impression left by the female interviewers was the primary reason I considered the role, and their departure would likely impact future hiring.

Rigorous interview process. You meet with the key people. You also meet the founder of the company. They are pretty open about the interview process if you pass the first interview you will be asked for the second interview. I thought overall it was a fair process

It was a really relaxed interview! They mostly asked me questions about why I was interested in the position and some behavioral questions. They also asked if I would be interested in starting a chapter at school, etc. It was really nice!
