I went through 3 interviews, first one with my direct manager, then two with upper management. Everything was on zoom and they moved really fast between interviews, which was a nice change.

The process was pretty straightforward. First, a phone screen, then a panel interview with 2-3 people. The last interview was with the CEO. They communicated well and were transparent throughout. It moved pretty fast.

Behavioral Other

I applied online back in Nov. 2015 and got a phone interview pretty quickly. Then it went silent for a couple weeks until they asked me to do a project. I didn't hear anything back until mid-January, even after I followed up a few times. They finally scheduled an in-person interview for the end of January. I thought it went well and sent thank you notes, but then I never heard back again, despite sending a couple more follow-up emails. It was a really rude experience; if you don't want to hire me, at least let me know. The absolute worst part was when the CEO looked at my LinkedIn profile in July, six months later. It was clear they hadn't forgotten about me but were just checking out my new job.

There were a ton of applicants for this role, and it moved really fast. It went from a phone screen to the final interviews in just 10 days. They said they'd let me know the decision within a week, but then they posted the same job with a new title the very next day. I noticed a lot of red flags during the process.
