First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Social27.
Assistant Manager
The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was easy to talk to and was a patient listener. They asked multiple questions. There were two rounds: a telephonic interview and then a video interview. The questions were related to my profile and my knowledge about Social27.
- What makes you want to join Social27?
HR Assistant Manager
It was a pretty chill interview, like a two-way chat with a friendly panel. They asked stuff and I got to ask them about the company and my future there.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
- What do you consider your main strengths to be?
Training Specialist
This was probably one of my most unpleasant phone screen calls. Usually, recruiters are happy and want to promote their company and make you excited about it as well. But that wasn’t my experience. I was reached out to by email to schedule a call and was excited to learn more about the company. However, the recruiter never smiled (it was over Zoom). She was condescending about my past experience the entire time even though I was qualified. And it confused me since they reached out to me. She often interrupted our conversation to do something else or talk to someone else. She just appeared distracted, disinterested, and not very happy. I think any HR employee is the face of the company and can tell you a lot about the culture there. I was ready to get off the call. I didn’t hear back again from her, which was perfectly okay.
- What skills do you possess that would be advantageous for this position?
Customer Success Manager
I talked to 3 folks at Social27. First up was a casual phone chat, which felt really authentic and gave me a good vibe about the company from the jump! Next, I had a video call with a CSM who was super nice and professional, and they totally answered all my questions! My last interview was also a video call, this time with the CEO. I was definitely nervous, but after a few minutes, I felt really comfortable talking with him, and the conversation just flowed naturally. They're all really professional and quick to answer any questions! After meeting the team, it really felt like a great place to work!
- In a few years, where do you envision your professional life heading?
- In a few years, where do you see your personal life going?
