Account Executive
The interview process wasn't very professional. It involved taking an interview and a written assignment, etc. The HR didn't ask many questions; it felt like I was interviewing them. They called me to their office for a round where they asked just one question and then it was done.
- Can you tell us about your CV?
Account Executive
I found the job posting online and applied, then the recruiter got back to me within a week. The first step involved several phone screens. After that, I had in-person panel interviews to check for culture fit. I also spoke with the CEO before getting the offer. This is a really thorough process with many stages that take weeks. They really focus on culture fit because there are so many applicants, but only a few get through.
- Can you tell me about your weaknesses?
Sales Executive
It was a process that took over 3 weeks. There were 2 phone interviews and then an in-person one. Honestly, it felt totally unprofessional because I never got a response back. I tried following up a bunch of times, and at first, the two people I talked to were pretty quick to reply, but one of them was actually kind of rude on the phone, like they were annoyed to be talking to me. That same person also seemed irritated when I was there for the in-person interview, like they didn't want to be bothered.
