Applied and then interviewed with two people, followed by extensive background paperwork. The whole process was straightforward and didn't take too long, around a couple of weeks from start to finish.

I got a call from a private number for my first interview. It was a pretty standard interview that lasted about 30 minutes. They then called me back for a second interview a week later at a different office. This one was with 3 area managers, more in-depth, and lasted about an hour. It was a 3-person panel interview and felt pretty intense. They stepped out for about 15 minutes and came back with paperwork for a background check and fingerprinting. I waited for about 2 months and figured it was a no-go. Then, out of the blue, they called me at the end of the fiscal year asking if I could start the last Monday of September.

You're gonna be meeting with a panel of five people who are hiring. My interview began at 2:30 and wrapped up around 4:30. I'd say having some customer service experience under your belt is a good idea. They asked a ton of questions and were taking a lot of notes. Just make sure you show up looking professional, arrive on time, and have all the documents they asked for ready to go before the interview starts.
