I had a good experience, met with Janine C. who seemed to be the main person, maybe a bit scattered but knowledgeable. She seemed more focused on my shoes than my resume. I also met with several other nice people: Lauri, Cammi, Lynn, and Jennifer P.

I sent in my application online. They first did a phone screening with me. After that, I had an interview with a panel of 3-4 people. The interviewers seemed uninterested, with one just sitting there silently. Those who did ask questions posed standard ones and surprisingly, they kept challenging my answers. For instance, when I mentioned driving as my commute option, they questioned why I wouldn't take the metro, and then later questioned why I'd choose the metro if driving was easier. To make matters worse, they discussed other candidates during the interview, which I found quite unprofessional. I sent a follow-up email, but I've never heard back about the outcome.

i applied online and after about 2 weeks i got a call from the recruiter. we spoke briefly and she set up a phone screen with HR. she emailed me the schedule and i spoke with HR that week. they asked general questions and gave me a summary of the company and job. he then scheduled me for an in person interview with 3 people. he emailed me the schedule with their names, titles, and directions for getting there and parking. the interview lasted about 45 mins. i got a call that week to schedule another interview with the clients. there were about 9 people in that one. almost two weeks later i got the offer, i was told already i was hired but i had to wait for the offer. the whole process took about 6 weeks.

So first, there was a phone interview where they asked about my background and resume. Then, I got invited for a job interview at their Rockville office. The interview was with three people from the computer department. Two of them explained what their department does and what the company is all about. The third person went into detail about my projects and my technical experience with things like ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, PHP, and MySQL. They were all really nice, but I don't think I was the best fit for the job.
