Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process usually involves 2-3 steps. First, you'll chat with HR to cover the basics. Then, you'll meet the director of website strategy. This is where you show off your knowledge of WordPress, technical website strategy, and overall positive vibe. After the second interview, you'll likely do a skills test covering audits, IA, strategy, etc. Don't worry if there's not one right answer; get creative! Finally, you might meet the CEO to see if you're a cultural fit. Social Driver has great people everywhere, so enjoy the process!

Applied online and heard back after 5 days to schedule a call. Talked to the Hiring Manager, and she said she would let me know about next steps. I followed up a few times, but she never got back to me. About a week and a half later, someone from HR asked me if I'd scheduled my second-round interview, but then I didn't hear anything else. I get that they might move on with another candidate, but it felt like I was ignored twice for no reason.

I applied online and then HR reached out a couple weeks after. Then I had a screening call followed by a video interview with some team members since it was during COVID times. The whole process was really smooth and easy!

It was a Google Meet call with cameras off. It was scheduled for 30 minutes but it ran a bit over. I spoke with the Head of People and he asked me several scenario questions and things pertaining to organizational skills.
