AI Content Writer and Trainer
So the recruitment process for this job was really confusing. Like, the company is supposed to be good and the job sounded cool at first. They started off okay, polite recruiters and all. But then the hiring process got super weird and unprofessional. In August, I did three rounds and then got ghosted by HR for two weeks. Finally heard back that they picked someone else. Okay, whatever, I moved on. Then about a month later, the same recruiter hits me up again, saying they're reopening the job and want me to continue. Even though I already did all the steps, they wanted me to redo the test, the technical interview with the same people, and the final interview with the team lead. They were still super vague about what the job actually involved and didn't give any info on salary or how they work. The final interview, which was supposed to be 30 mins, got scheduled on a Saturday and ended up being 1.5 hours. It felt all over the place and kinda unprofessional. Then HR vanished again for over a week. When I finally asked, they said my application was 'on hold' because someone who used to work there wanted to come back and they'd rather rehire them. So, the whole thing took like two months, tons of interviews and tasks, and ended with no clear answers or anything. Being ghosted repeatedly and the lack of honesty was a big turn-off.
- What do you expect in terms of salary?
- Can you tell us about your background and experience?

DevOps Engineer
HR Interview - pretty aggressive call with a convince to commit of salary expectations before proceed on the next steps. Tech assessment - K8s task, it was a very interesting for me, did for several days, the only thing which was really worth to take this process. Tech Interview - conversation with Team Lead for various architectural patterns and potential approaches for K8s specific tasks. CTO Interview - the similar like the previous one, but with a very implicit pressure and strange abstract questions kinda Solution Architect level not Engineer, design an ideal solution for him 1 hour . This one I didn't pass. Seems like they didn't know whom they are looking for exactly and trying to get an ideally skilled person for average salary range.
- Tell me about Kubernetes scheduling.
- Describe a multi-cluster approach from the ground to production.
- Can you explain various architectural patterns for Kubernetes?
Designer
The interview process involved an initial HR call, followed by a call with the Design Lead. After that, a test task was assigned, and then there was a discussion with the Design Team about the task. The final stage was a cultural fit interview. While the process was alright, it would be better if the company upfront mentioned in the job description that the role requires working on 18+ services, so candidates can decide if it's the right fit from the beginning.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
- Can you share your experience with working on over 18 services?
Lawyer
So I applied online for the SDG - Litigation Lawyer position and heard back within two weeks. The first interview was a phone call just to go over my basic qualifications and legal experience. Then I had a face-to-face with two partners and a senior associate. They asked mostly behavioral questions and gave me some hypothetical litigation scenarios to test my legal thinking and critical analysis skills. They also wanted to know my knowledge about IP law. It was a friendly, collaborative vibe, not intimidating at all. The last step was a quick chat with HR about pay and company culture. Overall, it was a smooth and well-organized process, made me feel pretty comfortable.
- Could you share an instance of a successful international project where you navigated the laws of multiple countries simultaneously? How did you ensure all requirements were aligned and fulfilled?
- What was the most challenging case you handled in your international practice, and how did you address the legal, cultural, or jurisdictional differences between countries?
- In what ways do you ensure your knowledge remains current amidst continuously evolving legislation?
