The interview process was quick and organized. I had one interview with the three managers, who were Project Managers and directors. They asked standard interview questions along with technical project management questions. We also went over my experiences listed on my CV and discussed information about the project.

I was contacted for two different roles at SG, but ended up interviewing for the PM position. The HR asked me to focus on the PM role and ignore the BA role I was also being considered for. The process was disorganized, with people waiting for their interviews. I had my first interview with an AVP who took an hour and seemed impressed. The next round was also positive. After following up for a week, I had an HR round and submitted my documents. Then, there was a Skype round with a lady who seemed disengaged. After a month of silence, I was called in again for an interview at their ITPL office. There were no feedback forms. I met another person who didn't have my records, and finally, the decision-maker rejected me based on my current salary. This experience was unprofessional and seemed to involve interviewers with limited knowledge, wasting candidates' time and motivation.

I had 1 in-person interview and a second Skype interview with the N+2. They were very friendly, and despite me being 5 minutes late, they remained smiling and welcoming. I think the best approach is to be yourself and be confident. When you're stressed, they notice it immediately, and it doesn't really showcase your strengths. I realized I had everything to gain by being myself and staying calm.
