You'll have a 30-minute chat with two people, and they'll hit you with technical questions about software apps. They wanna see if you know your stuff about programming software apps, and if you can talk and work well with others. Expect theory and practical stuff based on your past work and school. Topics might include coding languages, algorithms, and data structures. They'll be checking out how you solve problems, your tech skills, and how you handle challenges. There will be some behavioral questions too, to see if you're a good culture fit and how you communicate and collaborate. Make sure you're prepped with tech knowledge and have researched the company and role. Practicing coding problems and having demo projects ready could help your chances. The goal is to find folks with solid tech skills, great communication and teamwork abilities, who can deal with tough software issues and workflows.

A staffing agency called me and arranged for my travel from Delhi to Bengaluru for the interviews. The interview process consisted of three rounds: one technical, one managerial, and one HR. I received the offer letter two weeks after the interviews. The HR department was quite slow to respond, which sometimes made me wonder about their level of interest in hiring.

Behavioral Other

This was a very relaxed hiring process. I had two in-person interviews, and I followed up for about two months about the results but never heard back. The HR could have just told me they chose someone else, but I never got a final response even after multiple follow-ups. It's a shame such a reputable company has such bad HR/hiring practices and treats candidates poorly without giving them any update on the outcome.
