So you apply online, usually through their website or a job board. You'll need to send in your CV, a cover letter, and maybe answer some specific questions. Then, HR looks at your application. If you seem like a good fit for what they're looking for, you'll move on to the first interview, which is often a phone call to check your CV details and make sure you're still interested. The first interview is usually with HR or the hiring manager. They want to see if you'll fit in with the company and the job. If you do well, you'll get a second interview. This might be with more senior people or people you'd be working with. They'll ask tougher questions about your technical skills, your experience, and how you'd handle job-related situations.

Behavioral Case Technical

I applied for an opening and was contacted by the business manager who was looking for an intern. In the first part of the interview, she presented the offer, the mission, the expectations and answered my questions. Then I briefly introduced myself. In the second part, I had to solve a financial analysis case study in about twenty minutes. At the end of the 20 minutes, I presented my analysis and we discussed it. I was hired at the end of the interview.
