The interview process was pretty easy, with three parts. It was a comfortable and simple job, but it really needs you to be super detailed and pay attention because you're handling calls for telemedicine, and people's lives are on the line.

I had two long recruiter calls where they said I was a good fit and would move me to the hiring manager. I was ready for the hiring manager call at the scheduled time, but after waiting an hour, I contacted the recruiter. Three days later, I was told the manager never joined the meeting. I requested to reschedule but received no reply. Three weeks passed, and then I got an email saying they weren't moving forward because the hiring manager didn't believe I had the qualifications. It's strange because we never had a conversation. Older reviews seem right about this being an unprofessional place. I don't know what they're looking for, but good luck finding good sales people to join this mess.

The recruiter contacted me but was really rude and only cared about getting me to work until the end of the year. She lied about the job duties, which I only found out were different when I came in for the interview. The recruiter seems to just want to fill the position quickly to get paid and doesn't really know the role. She wouldn't let me talk to the hiring managers, and when I tried, she told me not to discuss salary. Aside from the pushy recruiter, the hiring manager explained the position and the company, and asked some behavioral questions. They also showed me the main office, which was nice.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had an initial phone chat with a recruiter, which went pretty well. After that, I spoke via Zoom with two managers. They seemed to like me, but felt my skills would be a better fit for an Implementation Manager role instead of a Client Success Manager. So, I had a third interview with another director. But in that last interview, she basically told me they didn't have any open positions and would keep my resume on file. It was a bit frustrating because she could have told me that upfront before wasting my time with the interviews. Or, the other managers could have dug deeper into my background and considered me for the Client Success Manager position. They recently merged with Access Physicians and their hiring process seems really disorganized right now.
