The interview process usually starts with a Zoom call or email invitation, followed by a second interview at their main office. After that, there's a detailed background check and screening. Offers might be extended soon after, depending on how many candidates pass the second interview.

Behavioral Presentation

This interview is a bit different. The interviewer will usually go over the role, benefits, and what they expect. You won't really be asked questions, but you'll need to find opportunities to speak when there are pauses. HR does most of the initial screening before passing candidates to the hiring manager.

Behavioral Other

Quick and efficient, first interaction was a screening with an hr rep who made contact quickly. Then got a call back within 48 hrs. The in person interview was not pleasant, there was no receptionist, I felt lost. The manager who interviewed me kept yawning stating they had a large lunch.

Behavioral

My first interview was a remote call with the staff recruiter. It was pretty conversational, with questions focused on my background. It wasn't really behavioral. I didn't get an offer and honestly never heard back, even after I followed up. While I'm okay with not getting an offer, I think it's basic courtesy to let candidates know, especially for a C-level role. So, the lack of response is why I rated it poorly.
