Safety Director
The interview process was a joke at best and unbelievably they asked that "use my discretionary authority" to help the drivers to make deliveries. They totally missed the whole concept of following government regulations and it seemed to me that wanted someone who would be controllable or able to intimidated or manipulated into doing what they wanted and the last couple few they have had aren't that way and neither am I. This process made me question their understanding of safety regulations and the role itself.
- Could you describe your process for auditing a driver's log status?
