HRM will contact you on LinkedIn initially. Then, there's a phone screen, followed by two technical interviews. Lastly, you'll meet with the team manager and possibly colleagues before potentially receiving an offer.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

This whole thing took about a month, but they were pretty fast moving between interviews. The first one was supposed to be with the manager, but he was busy so I talked to two team members instead. They asked me personal stuff and about my technical skills. Then I had a technical interview with someone else. After that, I met the manager briefly and then got a take-home quiz with 3 technical scenarios. I had 24 hours to do it, but I did it in one. Lastly, an HR person told me I was the top candidate and that I'd get an offer. The offer was low, so I tried to negotiate. They bumped it up a little, but it was still not enough. After a slow back-and-forth, they said they needed to compare my skills with others. A few hours later, they rescinded the offer and went with someone else. I think they found someone willing to take their low offer.

Behavioral Technical Coding Case

The interview process involves about 5 interviews. It starts with HR, then goes to top executives/Head of Line of Business, followed by Senior Managers, then Managers, and finally Consultants HR/Executives. HR and Executives usually check if you have enough relevant experience and ask about your salary expectations. After that, Subject Matter Experts ask very detailed questions as if you're about to perform the tasks. For my IT audit role, I faced specific questions on IT general controls, with a detailed breakdown of steps and a drill-down into each step, including explanations. So, my advice is to recall your previous relevant experience and present it in a clear and structured way.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Regarding your job responsibilities, how detailed are the technical questions, so recall and review what you did in the past regarding the position you are applying to bring more clarity, structure and readiness.
  • Be prepared for logical puzzles such as about coins and psychological puzzles with decision making.

Technical

I was interviewed by 5 different people in person, and they got back to me quickly. They contacted my references within 2 days of the interview and I got an offer in 4 days, so they really move fast. It was very impressive and it felt like they knew their roles because no one asked me the same question twice.
