First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Snyk.
Solutions Engineer
First, I chatted with a recruiter who talked about different customer-facing tech roles and helped me pick one that fit my career goals. Then I had a round with the manager where we mostly discussed my working style and how I interact with leaders. After that, I interviewed with a peer on the team, and this part focused more on my technical skills and security knowledge. Lastly, I did a panel interview where I demoed the product to the whole team.

Very well structured and well organized process, step by step. Nice people to talk to, no big surprises. I advanced the steps and phases, always being communicated by the recruiters. I really enjoyed the process.
