First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Snyk.
Sales Development Representative
The interview process was smooth and efficient, wrapping up in under a month and going through four stages. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and really on the ball. I ended up getting an offer and accepted it.
- What makes you want to join Snyk?
Sales Development Representative
The whole thing took about 35 days, with about a week between each step. It was two weeks after the last Zoom interview until I heard back with the denial. First, I had a 30-min Zoom screening with HR, then a 30-min Zoom interview with the hiring manager, followed by a Zoom session with the SDR team. After that, I got an email from HR saying they decided to go with someone else. It was all pretty straightforward, no weird questions or anything that felt like a waste of time. Everyone was nice and professional.
- Can you tell me about a time you had a bad job experience?
Sales Development Representative
I had an initial phone screen with the VP of Sales. Then an on-site interview where I met individually with the VP of Sales and the Director of Sales. The next day, I had a Zoom call interview with the Director of Sales and the VP of People. My last step was a phone conversation with the VP of Sales, and then I got the offer via Docusign and was hired!
