I filled out an online application and got a call for an interview in about a week. The interview went well, and the manager answered as many questions as I asked. I also appreciated being asked which position I was most interested in, rather than just being assigned one. I also had a good interview when I applied internally for a promotion. Once again, my questions were answered easily, and I felt the interviewing managers were truthful about the pros and cons of each position.

It's usually a phone interview with easy questions that are mostly industry related, though some are more general. They hire a lot of people because they need to during the busy season. The whole thing isn't stressful, just standard interview stuff.

I was at a job fair in Lima where employers from a mountain resort were present to meet potential hires. They were very understanding and friendly, inquiring about my past work experience, hobbies, and other relevant details.
