The interview with the hiring manager wasn't the best. They were 10 minutes late for our call and then cut me off towards the end. It felt pretty demeaning since it was already 6pm EST and I had made myself available. I got the sense they might have already had someone else in mind.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I met with 2 hiring managers. The first was professional and helpful, but the second was super rude and her general demeanor made it clear she didn't want to be there. Once I was able to shift the conversation and demonstrate that I am actually qualified, she began to focus on the conversation instead of appearing to blow me off. At that point she stated I that I made it to the next round which entailed meeting with the team. Once the team meeting was complete, I was ghosted by the manager and recruiter! Despite following up several times, I have yet to hear back about my candidacy. I'm assuming they're not moving forward, but it always feels terrible when candidates are treated like trash.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was super fast, with practical, situational questions directly about the job. It felt like they already had someone picked because the interviewer went through questions so quickly, barely letting me speak. It wasn't the worst interview ever, but definitely not the best. The main thing to remember is if they're just ticking boxes, don't count on a callback.
