Behavioral Presentation Case

It started with a recruiter screening (each about 15-30 mins), but the first recruiter ghosted, so I had to reach out to another. Then came a manager screening call (30 mins). After that, a panel interview with 2 sales managers and 1 technical manager. They gave me a deck template and I had to present Snowflake's value, pick 3 companies fitting the ICP and justify, and discuss a winning deal from my past, detailing the cycle and victory. This was followed by a VP screening focused on personal aptitude and sales skills (30 mins). Finally, a last manager meeting led to the offer (15-30 mins).

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I was referred to the recruiter by someone internal and had an initial call with them. Then, I had several conversations with the hiring manager, who seemed really impressed and told me the next steps were to speak with an SE, then their manager, the VP, and finally a panel interview. They said they'd connect me with the SE within a week, but then everything went quiet. I emailed the hiring manager a few times for updates, but got no response. I then chased down the recruiter, who told me they had chosen another candidate. I didn't mind that part, but I hated having to chase the recruiter for follow-up information, which is why I'm giving a negative rating. The recruiter mentioned there would be more openings soon, but it struck me as odd that the hiring manager seemed so impressed and then there was just silence. I wish recruiters would provide constructive feedback.
