The hiring process was quite casual. The hiring manager, who appeared to be very busy, conducted a brief screening. Then, I met with a peer, and that meeting served as the actual interview. The whole interaction was very informal, which I think led me to make some errors in keeping up. It was a good reminder to always be at my best.

The interview process is straightforward, though they can be slow to respond and might not reach out if they decide not to move forward with your application. There are typically 3 to 4 interviews, with the final one likely being with the hiring manager.

I applied online without a referral and first got a Hackerrank test. Then, a recruiter called to discuss potential work areas. Following that, I had two interviews with engineers focusing on Leetcode-style problems. Finally, there was an Hiring Manager interview. Overall, a pretty fair process with a responsive and helpful recruiter.

This is a long and tough process because they really want to find the best people. They've set it up to check if you have the skills for the job you're applying for. You'll go through several panel interviews where they look at how you communicate, present, and interact with customers. The specific technology isn't the main focus; they care more about what you're comfortable working with.
