The interview process involved an aptitude round, technical questions, and a resume review. We also discussed previous experience, and I had to solve some real-time test cases from my point of view. There was also an HR round, a CEO round, and a salary discussion with the founder.

The interview process had multiple stages. Overall, the interviews were pretty straightforward and went as you would expect, but during the in-person interview I was left waiting for a long time.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Other

This whole thing took about 30 days. Two people from the company reached out to me on Linkedin. The first interview was supposed to be 30 minutes but it ended up being an hour and a half. After that, I had to apply online and submit writing and video samples, plus references. Then I went onsite for an interview in their industrial complex, which lasted an hour. During that interview, we played games and I answered basic questions from HR. Following that, I had another video interview with the same person from the initial interview. She had technical difficulties and couldn't hear well, so she had to hold her ear to the computer. She repeated the same questions from the first interview and added a quiz about call center acronyms to see what I knew. The process was easy but drawn out. What really got me was that they ghosted me. No one thanked me for my time or my references, who spent over 30 minutes completing a questionnaire. Definitely not a company I'd want to work for due to their unprofessionalism and disorganization.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I initially reached out via email to HR about the role, and they scheduled a phone call. The HR manager conducted a 15-20 minute phone screen. Following that, I received an invitation for an onsite interview. The onsite lasted approximately 3 hours, during which I met with two tech leads. They introduced themselves, explained their company's work, the reasons for hiring, their tech stack, and the responsibilities of the dev team. They then asked me to introduce myself, discuss my resume, previous projects, and the technologies I've used, essentially assessing my expertise. The interview then shifted to technical questions covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks. While there was no white-boarding, I was given a paper with coding questions to complete within about 15 minutes. I concluded the onsite by asking my own questions about the company culture and team. It seemed like a positive experience, and HR extended an offer the following day.
