Sales Associate
The interview process involved questions about my CV and motivation. They asked why I want to work there and what I've done before. They also inquired if I have previous retail experience. I was also expected to know about current trends, for example, they asked about the top 5 best-selling shoes.
- Tell me about your resume and motivation.
- Why do you want to work here?

Here's how a typical interview at Snipes goes: First, we'll greet you and have a bit of small talk. Then, I'll give you a quick rundown of the company. After that, I'll ask you some questions about yourself, like 'Why Snipes?'. We'll then check your previous work experience and how you handle customers. There will also be questions about teamwork and conflicts. We'll also see if you're interested in streetwear and trends. Finally, you'll have a chance to ask your own questions, and we'll go over the next steps.
- Why do you want to work at Snipes?
Sales Associate
I was here for a side job or a 450€ job. The invitation came pretty quickly, the job interview was pretty cool and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I think I got feedback within a week. The interview took place in the office in the store where I applied. Since I already had experience in retail and the sneaker industry, the conversation went pretty quickly and painlessly.
- Why do you want to work in retail?
