I applied for the recruiter job in Chicago. There were two rounds. The first round was an in-person interview where they asked basic questions. The second round was a phone interview with someone from the corporate company, and they asked mostly the same questions from the first interview.

I had an initial interview where they asked basic questions about my background and explained the day-to-day tasks. Then, I had a second interview with a higher-up manager who also provided a lot of information about the position and expectations. They were very direct and let me know that the role can be stressful due to multitasking and being busy, but it's a good fit if you can handle that.

The interview process varies by branch. You might interview at the main office or a local branch. They ask general interview questions. The hiring process is quite fast. They wanted me to start as soon as possible, but giving your previous employer two weeks' notice is standard.
