Applied for an operator job and a recruiter told me to apply for the loader position instead. I did. Then I had an interview with the plant supervisor and shop manager. No recruiter involved. Things seemed to go okay. They said they'd call me in a week, max 2 weeks. I stayed in touch, and after 2.5 months, they let me know I didn't get the job.

I applied online and got an email about a month later for a phone interview. This call involved questions about my background, experience, and examples from previous jobs/school about how I handled different situations. Less than a week after that, I was invited for an all-day, in-person interview. This consisted of one-on-one meetings with different employees, having lunch together, and a tour of the plant.

First, a phone call. Then, a physical test on-site. After that, an interview with two people: the department head and the HR manager. It was a good discussion. The test was more personality-focused. They responded quickly.

I went to a college career fair and talked with the company. They invited me to their interviews. It was an on-campus interview with two people from the company. The interview was pretty chill, mostly like a conversation with some questions.
