Business Analyst
The typical recruitment process: online application, initial HR call to frame the role, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The process ended amicably due to a salary expectation mismatch.
- Can you describe your experience and the projects you've worked on?
Desenhista Mecânico
The interview was pretty weak. There was a designer and the director responsible for the mechanical team. A simple multiple-choice test that I wasn't informed about and a conversation that was a bit outside the scope of the position I was applying for. It was a draftsman position, but it seems they wanted a mid-level designer based on what it looked like. The salary was below my expectations, and they said they would contact me regardless of the outcome, which was a complete lie as months have passed and no one has contacted me. It was just a waste of time.
- Questions about salary and the role...
Project Manager Apprentice
First, I had an interview with an HR representative from various SNEF agencies. Then, there was a slightly more technical interview with the manager related to the position, where they went into detail about the role, tasks, and expectations. Finally, there was a final interview with the agency director.
- Why should we choose you over someone else?
Eletromecânico
I sent my CV by email and a few days later, they contacted me on WhatsApp for an interview. The interview was with the technical manager and the general manager. They both talked about the company, and asked about my past experiences, future projects, skills with machines, and assembly. The company seems great with an excellent environment, truly makes you want to work there and give your all because it's a place that offers good conditions for development. Those were my impressions. Unfortunately, I didn't proceed in the selection process, but the point to highlight is the lack of professionalism from HR. After a week, I had to repeatedly contact the employee to ask for feedback on how the selection process was going, whether I had passed or not. She took two days to reply, claiming she was in many meetings and didn't have time to respond. This is the type of professional who ruins a company and makes it look bad and be talked about negatively, especially since it's a multinational, they shouldn't allow these kinds of occurrences.
