The first call was pretty good - I learned about the company, the job, the interview process, and the hiring team, which got me pretty pumped about the role. I passed that, and the next thing was another phone interview. I was told it would be 30-60 minutes, which was kinda weird and hard to schedule. We got it set up. I was told the whole process was the first phone screen, then this interview, and finally a 2.5 hour interview with the higher-ups. A few hours before this interview, I got an email saying they had to reschedule, so I gave them new times and we set it again. On the morning of the rescheduled interview, I got another email saying they needed to push it back 15 minutes. 15 minutes after the new time, I got an email saying the interviewer's meeting ran over but they could do it two business days later. I decided to pull out because if they keep pushing interviews back like this, it seems like the role isn't a priority or there might be other issues going on.

I had a first call with HR. They asked general questions. Then I got an email about a week later saying I didn't get the job. I was glad they told me pretty fast.

A recruiter reached out, and I scheduled an initial call. That first conversation was really helpful, giving me a good sense of what the role entails and how the interviews would go. I then spoke with the hiring manager a few days later, and then a few more people the following week. The whole thing wrapped up in about two weeks, and the recruiter let me know their decision a few days after that.
