First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Snapsheet.
Customer Service Specialist
The interview process went well until I got the email saying I didn't get the job. It wasn't that I didn't get it, but the way she told me was kinda rude. Then, when I was touring the office, this guy just sat there staring at me, and I had no idea who he was. I later saw on LinkedIn that he had looked me up the same day and works in a totally different department than the one I applied for. Kinda creepy, if you're gonna check my profile, at least use incognito mode.
- Can you walk me through a mock interview scenario?
- What are some typical behavioral questions you ask in interviews?
Customer Support Specialist
I got a call from Snapsheet and they asked me to schedule a phone interview. The person was really nice and asked me some basic customer service questions, and also told me more about the job. A few days later, they invited me for an in-person interview. I met with three people there, and they were all very friendly. The interview was about two hours long, and they even showed me around their office.
- Can you tell me about a situation where you provided outstanding customer service?
- What aspects of that situation were successful, and what could have been improved?
Customer Service Specialist
The recruiter was very condescending and asked personal questions, making me feel judged. She questioned employment gaps from 2014, which were brief and over four years ago, especially since my work history has been stable since 2015. The company seems very judgmental, and based on other reviews, I'm relieved they didn't proceed.
