First, there was a call with a recruiter to discuss my experience and interest, and they explained the role. Then, there was a screening for my identities and verifications, followed by a technical interview with the team and hiring manager, and an HR meeting to discuss compensation. Finally, an offer was extended.

So for this customer service gig, you start with an online application, then there's a quick phone chat. They'll ask about when you can work, if you actually want the job, and some basic customer service stuff. After that, if they like you, it's usually a video call or in-person meeting with the manager or team lead. They'll hit you with behavioral questions, like asking how you'd deal with a tough customer or a time you really went the extra mile. Make sure to talk up your communication, patience, and how you solve problems.

Interview had 4 steps: 1. Tech interview with a team member disscused about my previous experience and some technical scenarios and how I would solve them, for instance how would I distinguish if an endpoint is slow and how can I fix it. 2. Another tech interview more focused on algorithms and DS. 3. Talk to hiring manager 4. Culture fit

So the interview started late, and the interviewer asked me some algorithm questions. There was a sorting question and then a big data question, which made sense because the position was for a map team. This question was about saving map tiles. They also asked some Golang questions, like about Goroutines and how to handle graceful shutdown using signals.
