First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Snapology.
Operations Director
The hiring process was really bad. Scheduling interviews was unprofessional and disorganized. They expect candidates to work 7 days straight without any days off. They also didn't keep their word or promises. There's other negative feedback about them on social media.
- Basic questions asked
- The CEO is unprofessional
STEAM Teacher
It's just a really simple interview with the CEO and the head teacher. You'll most likely be asked to do a quick demo to see how good your English is.
- What is your understanding of our organization?
- Can you provide a brief demonstration to assess your English proficiency?
Stem Instructor
I had a phone interview and the next step is an in-person interview. The employer has been emailing me about the position and seems responsive. I'm looking forward to starting at the beginning of the year.
- Could you give me an overview of the program posted?
- What is your previous experience?
- What is your education background?
Teacher
It was a really great experience. The questions were spot on, and this is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is a teacher now or used to be one.
- What's your approach to classroom management?
