First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SnapCare.
Financial Analyst
I had a phone interview with the recruiter first. Then, I had two video interviews: one with the hiring manager and another with someone from the accounting team. After that, I got an email stating they were closing the position and wouldn't be hiring for it. Such a waste of everyone's time.
- What do you do in your free time outside of work?
- Describe your process for learning a new system.
Billing Manager
The interview process involved a series of meetings. First, I met with the Sr. Billing and AR Manager. Then, I had a meeting with the Controller. Following that, I met with the VP of Finance. The final meeting was with the CFO.
- Can you tell me about your billing experience and elaborate on your background?
- Given some of our current challenges, how would you approach improving our processes?
- Have you been involved in software migrations before? Tell me about those experiences.
Certified Nursing Assistant
The interview process went very smoothly, the recruiter was very understanding and cared about your questions and concerns. They ask when you are able to start. They set you up with everything you need, and if you don’t understand something they take the time out to help you navigate through your concerns.
- What makes you a good candidate
Account Manager
It was a pretty chill, professional, and straightforward interview process. No time wasted on unnecessary chit-chat. The leaders were involved in the interviews, which was great as they were very welcoming and motivating. They laid out what the short-term and long-term goals are. Seriously, everyone on the team is super motivating, ready to help, and always available if you need them.
- Can you walk me through your experience in account management?
