Category Specialist
You submit your CV and motivation online. Then, selected candidates go through interviews and assessments. The final stages include reference checks, discussing the offer, signing the contract, and preparing for onboarding before you start the role. Everything went fine and I didn't encounter any issues.
- Was my skillset, mindset, and capacity to learn aligned with what the role needs and with Picnic's culture of problem-solving and data-driven decisions?
Front of House
It was pretty easy. First, HR called and did a phone interview with some basic questions. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview. It was just one round, where I met with a manager. They asked straightforward questions about customer service and why I wanted to work there. It wasn't a difficult interview.
- Tell me why you are interested in working with us.
- What makes you a good candidate for this position?
- What are your aspirations for the future?
Production Artist
The interview process was pretty standard. First, there was a quick 15-minute phone interview where they asked about my experience and wanted me to walk through my portfolio. After that, I got a design assignment where I had to update a fake music app to look more contemporary. If you're applying for a creative role here, make sure you're comfortable with Sketch. Then, I had a face-to-face interview that dug deeper into the position and its objectives.
- Tell me about your creative experience.
Key Leader
The interview process was pretty straightforward, similar to regular interview questions. You just needed to show up and be yourself. It included basic general questions like your availability and what you did in previous roles. If you're aiming for a key lead position, it might get a bit more in-depth.
- What is your availability to start working?
- Could you describe your responsibilities in your previous positions?
- What relevant experience do you have in a leadership capacity?
