The interview process was pretty straightforward. One phone interview, online homework module, and then several in person interviews. I made it to the second before being told I had not been selected to move forward. If I recall correctly, there were 3. Phone screen -> Online Assessments -> Interview with team leaders, partially in group, before they pulled you aside individually-> Interview with Sales Manager -> Interview with both aforementioned parties and their president. The questions didn't seem to hard or stressful on a mechanical level, but I really think what they're looking for is cultural fit. He mentioned there was no Drug Test, just something to know :)

I initially emailed the Director of Sales, and then had a brief phone screen with a sales manager. After that, I participated in a group interview with about five other candidates. It was pretty chill and open, as they emphasized the importance of being conversational with others. The next part was a role play scenario with the Director of Sales. Following that, I had a one-on-one meeting with the Director of Sales. The final step was another meeting, this time with the COO, after which I got an offer! The whole thing took about a month, but each stage gave me a better sense of what SnackNation is all about and the kind of person they're looking for. It was obvious from the start that they cared more about 'how' I answered things than the actual content of my answers. The main thing is to listen. They really want to make sure it's a good fit on both sides, so just be yourself!

The interview process is very intense, starting with a group interview where many people aren't selected and you have to prove yourself. It's a great company and I couldn't be happier accepting the offer. Be yourself and BE PREPARED! Read the articles written by the VP and make sure you know about the company. Read up on sales interviews (especially selling the pen question that is so famous)
