It was an easy process. The interview was easy and so was the onboarding afterward. My interviewer was nice and made me feel comfortable during the whole thing. They asked the usual questions and seemed fine with the answers. They were clear about the training you'll have to do.

The interview process was totally automated with an AI bot for one round! It was supposed to be easy, but the coding questions about database management were tough. First, there was an aptitude test, then a coding assessment, and then the AI bot interview. It's possible the last round might include technical and HR components.

I had one in-person interview for the cashier role, and it was pretty straightforward. They showed me how to make a smoothie. Nothing too intense, the interviewers were pleasant. They did ask if I would be comfortable opening the store by myself on my very first day, which led to me only staying for one day.

The interview was fine. The manager asked me professional questions and was very serious in conversation about the different aspects of the job. It was an overall professional experience. I understand that I probably wasn't the best candidate for the job, and I knew that going into the interview. Despite that, I would have appreciated an email explaining that I simply didn't get the job. It has been five days since I was supposed to receive an email, but I have not heard anything yet. There very well could be an incident that occurred, delaying the hiring process, but I still would have appreciated a rejection letter.
