Intake Clinician
The interview was pretty fast and didn't feel super formal. I was a bit worried when the interviewer mentioned they had a lot of openings, thinking it might mean high turnover. They said they'd get back to me by the end of the week because they "don’t like to leave loose ends," but I never heard anything.

Nurse
It was a quick interview, mostly over the phone but they said I could do it in person too and even tour the place which I wanted to do. The interviewer had my resume, and after they decided to hire me, they said HR would contact me with an offer. HR called me the next day.
