They laid out the interview process, which included a detailed technical check of my resume and then a panel interview with the team to see how I'd fit into the marketing team's vibe and culture.

The interview process was really professional and the panel was polite and helpful when I had questions. I would recommend this process to others who are interested in the organization in the future.

I really liked how thorough Smithville was during the hiring process. It all wrapped up in about four weeks. I had two interviews, one over the phone and another in person at their office, and each lasted roughly 45 minutes. The interviews covered a good balance of questions about my personality, past experiences, and job skills. After getting an offer, there's a background check, a physical exam, and a drug test to complete.

The interview process was straightforward and quick. I was contacted by Smithville at a college job fair. The first interview was in person, and then I had a second interview at their main office a few days later. They gave me a job offer shortly after that. I graduated on a Friday and started working the following Monday.
