It was pretty self-explanatory - I was selected to take a virtual interview on the Microsoft Teams app. I was asked questions about my experience and how it is relevant to the job. While I wouldn't say the questions were super generic, they weren't anything that wasn't to be expected in an interview for a retail position.

It was a group interview with about 5-6 other people applying for the same job. They went down the line asking everyone questions. The questions were pretty easy. There were about 4 supervisors asking the questions. The only tricky part was thinking of a new answer because if you weren't one of the first ones to answer, all the good answers were probably already used.

I had a phone interview first, and then they had me come in for an in-person interview. During the phone screen, they mostly asked me stuff from my resume. I heard back via email a few days after that.
